Abstract:
The existence of “Ketog Magic” Workshop as a business focusing on giving service develop in many areas in Indonesia and even abroad. It proves that in “Ketog Magic” Whorkshop, there is transfer of knowledge and skill that will yield skillful man power. Their capability is acquired through apprentinceship system, the instructional model is not hierarchical through there are stages in acquiring the skills: (1) early appentincer or tool coolie (2) colleaque apprentincer, (3) advanced apprentincer or coolie worker. It shosus that transfer of knowledge can open one’s opportunity to improve the quality of life by opening new jobs.
